Study on SPF/DB Technology for Two-Sheet Hollow Structure of 1420 Al-Li Alloy

چکیده

The two-sheet hollow structure of the 1420 Al-Li alloy was prepared by method superplastic forming and diffusion bonding. interface combination status bonding region microstructure were observed an optical microscope. thickness distribution measured ultrasonic meter machine, defect detection tested X-ray nondestructive inspection, failure modes samples analyzed. results showed that successfully, integrated, there no shape defects such as pit, wrinkle, collapse. almost attached to die completely, uniform distribution. deforming area a long strip, rolled microstructure, while grains near round corner equiaxed states resulting from dynamic recrystallization. improper control gas pressure in process would lead tearing or die-attaching for alloy.
